Garbage. Theyve been at the property I stay at, for 3 months now, and we still have no heat. I call them to ask if theyre being paid by the property management here in East Hartford (Stratus Equities) and they want to give me the run around as well. Probably arent.. as to why there still isnt heat in the buildings theyve been working on for the past 3 months. They arent advanced and dont provide any service other than wasting time.

We had a 30+ year old R22 compressor give out, and need to have it (and the entire AC system upstairs) replaced with a newer system. The team from Advanced Mechanical Services was fantastic. The estimate was done the next day after my initial call, and the job was quickly scheduled & finished in less than two days. The team left a perfectly clean yard (had to work from the outside as well due to the narrow access to our attic from indoors) and driveway, the interior was of the home spotless afterwards, and the work was well done and very professional. Plus they were extremely friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and address any potential concerns that I had - and not knowing a thing about HVAC systems I had quite a few questions! A big 'thank you' to doing this so quickly, and right before the start of the summer season and the high temperatures!

This company is recommended by Carlin Combustion as the go to outfit for repair of this brand of type of gas home heating systems. After two other outfits failed to resolve my issue, Advanced Mechanical came out and promptly resolved my gas furnace issue quickly and reasonably.
