We had the premade steps installed and we had an excellent experience with Washington Concrete. Rich was professional, helpful and friendly. He did an excellent job and communicated extremely well. I appreciated Richs help and patience as I made decisions and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results.

Jay and his father are the best. Family owned and operated. We have been going here for over 20 years now. Very nice array of displays to choose from. Great prices too. We have done quite a few jobs using their product teco bloc.

After ordering the wrong wall block Richard made me pay for the wall block all over again so he could get the right one. Therefore I paid for wall block twice. And he said he would reimburse me when the new ones came in and he picked up the old ones. He was rude unprofessional and at the end of the conversation called me back later from my personal phone and proceeded to tell me he was Going drag me through hell and back.they are crooks and don't belong in business. To me they don't seem like they know very much about the products they're selling and he even called me a liar telling me that I Didn't talk to him yesterday when I talked to him.. And they told me they had 400 ft of pavers and to have my customer Come down and take a look at them. after my customer went down He told me that hed didnt have 400 ft and told me I was a liar and that no one told me that. serious memory issues also.

Needed to replace the top of an old birdbath. The owner, a rather large gentleman, became very rude, combative and vulgar for no apparent reason. Couldn't get out of there fast enough, as he 'MF'd' me and told me never to come back or he'd call the police. I've been a customer for the last 50 years...I'm a townie. 5/7/22 As to your response, you didn't write this. Whoever wrote this has never been rude before. If you do remember, I asked you why the attitude when I responded to your thrice repeated comment of 'I don't know what you're trying to accomplish'. Your response was 'get the 'F' off my property'. I left in the wrong direction, and when I walked past the office to go in the right direction, you blew kisses at me. I flipped you off, you opened the window and told me never to come to your (expletive) business again. As I was driving out, and you were blowing kisses again, I yelled 'hey' to get your attention and it did because you opened the window, I twice stated ' you would have never dared speak to me that way if I was your age, FYI I'm on Medicare'. Your response was 'get the (expletive) out of here before I call the police'. Isn't that a little more accurate recounting of what happened?
