We are consistently not having quality cleaning. This is the 3rd cleaning in a row that the cleaner rushed and left early. When she was leaving it was 30 minutes early. I told her that the bathroom toilets needed to be redone and that she shouldn't be rushing we have 3 cleaning time left. I had to run my daughter over to camp close by. When I came back she was gone and the toilets were not redone, see picture. I should not have to spend my time supervising to get proper cleaning. Your Maidpro website advertises They also receive extensive maid service training to reinforce the skills needed to clean to the highest standards needs retraining to clean a toilet fully using a toilet brush? Also a brush needs to be used to clean the bathroom floor properly especially around the toliet. If the cleaner is rushing and leaving early then a supervisor needs to be sent to make sure that is not happening. Your maid pro website also advertises. Hes a fan of MaidPros 49Point Checklist. I have not seen a check list being used. I used to have a checklist left with completed items checked off. Now cleaning is being rushed. Cleaners are consistently leaving early and cleaning on the checklist is being skipped. Service: Cleaning

The MaidPro cleaning expert (Emily was her name) was very good, professional, and friendly. She cleaned our residential house at 1 Drawbridge Dr. (in the Stonebridge Development), Monroe, NJ.
