This place was so clean, modern, and perfect for our weekend stay. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend trip to Indianapolis and it was conveniently located close enough to downtown. It is also right across from a ton of restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and quiet, and management was helpful. All in all, 10/10.
Rooms: We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette which was awesome. The room smelled fresh and the bathroom and living areas were super clean.
Nearby activities: Right across from a huge shopping center with tons of places to eat and shop. Very clean and safe environment.

I can not say enough about why I like this hotel. The design and layout may look like a modern chain, but it is family run. The owner is pleasant & helpful, the price is more than reasonable, it is in a quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants in walking distance, and It has free parking.
Everything was clean. No rugs mean less allergies and cleaner surfaces. It is a little spartin on all the extras you rarely use in fancy hotels, but it has all the essentials, making it environmentally conscious.
Everything works, including AC, heat, hot water, freezer with ice trays, locks, a TV with cable, etc. We saw no defects. There is an elevator for the 2nd floor and a cart for luggage.
The thing I liked best is that the rooms are designed to be used for a night or several weeks. Our room had two built-in electric hotplates like a stove, an overhead microwave & vent, a single bay kitchen sink, and a full refrigerator! You can easily save several take-out / delivered meals or go grocery shopping for a week of food and cook your own. There are no utensils, pots, pans, or dishes, but a few bucks and a trip to the dollar store can easily solve that.
I recommend this hotel and will go back again when in the area. Though there was enough parking, the lot was mostly full when we arrived - so I don't think I am alone in seeing a great deal.
Safety: The rooms and structure are secure with locks and cameras. The hotel is in a good area where any thefts should be unlikely.

Rooms and grounds very clean. Rates are good. Close to everything. The only thing I feel they good do is put a small coffee maker 1 cup would be great.
