Sheila is the best. Very knowlegable and willing to spend the time to answer any questions. The meal replacements and their training classes are highly recommended to anyone wanting to take care of themselves.

HNT Indiana is a great program with great support from the staff. During the Foundation portion of the program I fairly easily lost 70 lbs. without feeling hunger pangs. The program is that nutritionally balanced that you usually feel full with few calories. Try it today! Why wait?!

The only thing better than changing my life and the number on the scale is the support that is given by the staff. Everyone at HNT Plainfield, especially Sheila and Laura, pour so much passion into their work that one can't help but to be beyond inspired Cannot wait to see where the rest of this experience takes me!
