        Our business primary is customer satisfaction. We provide professional dry cleaning and laundry services with organic cleaning. Our alterations services are provided by 3 expert seamstress with over 30 years experience. Time and skill are needed to get a job well done with sleeve and side tapering. I hope you understand that in your specific case precision was needed since it was a very small amount that needed to be taken in. Adding that it needed to be professional finish this is the ironing of the garment, we needed extra time both times. We are very proud of our business and the quality of our job. We do apologize for the inconvenience that it was brought to you because of this.
