I initially contacted Gilmore to fix a leak in my AC system, expecting a simple solution. However, they exaggerated the issue & insisting that the whole unit needed to be replace & quoted an outrageous $21k for a unit replacement. I decided to explore other options & came across 21st Century Plumbing Heating & Air & spoke with Robert, who I would highly recommend. I asked what he would quote for an AC Replacement & instead of blindly accepting that I my AC needed to be replaced, he asked why I wanted to get my AC replaced. I explained the situation, he assessed that a replacement wasn't necessary; it could be resolved with a simple fix. When Robert came to inspect my unit, he found that all the claims Gilmore made about it not being up to code, the sinking platform in the attic, and the undersized intake were simply not true. Before finding 21st Century Plumbing Heating & Air, I reached out to several other companies in search of help. To my surprise, every single one of them had heard complaints from numerous customers who had been overcharged by Gilmore. I would have never imagined they would try to charge a ludicrous amount like $21k from anyone. Needless to say, if you are having trouble with your HVAC, I recommend you call 21st Century Plumbing Heating & Air, not Gilmore.

We researched 3 local businesses for replacing a hvac system and water heater. Gilmore was the most thorough, informative, reasonably priced, and responsive from the sales department to the installing crews. The hvac team was efficient, communicative, and pleasant to work alongside. The water heater team demonstrated their expertise, professionalism, and good humor throughout the project.
