I have worked a couple weeks here before (through a staffing agency) and it was very ethical and a leadership with integrity, I feel very pleased to get an assignment again in this company, so I showed up to my first shift at 6:00 am and no supervisor was available on the machine operators area, so a walk around and a supervisor from other department was nice and did was right and took a good 20 minutes to find the supervisor of my assignment area, well he was not disrespectful to me but I notice that he ask me way too many questions, about a specific machine witch I was not to familiar, (I believe he was trying to intimidate me and show who's the boss) but the machine is very similar to others that I used to work before and I answer the best to my knowledge but not before introduce my self, and I response in a professional way, honest and respectful he (Julio) not introduce himself to starters as he should ( I have to ask for his name) I know the discipline because I had 35 years of experience as a supervisor I just didn't apply for any management position, and he notice that I was not having a attitude or bother by his approach, I start working normal, I introduce my self to other co-workers then I concentrate to my job, unfortunately after I was my lunch break I got sick from the food that I ate and went to the restroom couple times and I got a "accident" on my last trip, and I was embarrassed but I had to tell the supervisor (Julio) my situation and how embarrassing is to explain this,I request to go home to shower and get some medicine, he agree and I assume that he did understood that this was out of my control and he even mentioned for me to comeback the next day at 5:00 am and not 6:00 am. Now he may not be the one who terminated my assignment but someone from the company did, and is very sad that this company allowed or do this to employees from a staffing agency, when I was a supervisor I base my decisions on the persons performance and never give any preference to a company employees
