I had a terrible experience with this auto body shop. I wanted to believe everything was fine with a handshake, but as it turned out the work was not done right and my boyfriend had to go with me to help get it redone. Jim refused and now we are stuck with a discolored paint job. I do not recommend this body shop. Horrible work. A fender bender left my rear bumper needing to be replaced - Jim's work came apart after a week at the side panel! He then glued it... And that came apart again. What a mess! Now I need to go to someone else to fix his work and take him to small claims court for reimbursement.
UPDATE
Six months later the paint is coming off the bumper! Unbelievable! This man / auto body shop does terrible work!

He's fixed my cars twice now over the course of a few years... he did a good job both times..like factory new. He's skilled at this for sure.

I didn't end up using their services, but I wanted to give a 5 star review for the professional, friendly, follow up advice, very nice, honest people. If I ever needed to repair a fender bender I would not hesitate to hire them.
