Dr Tighe is wonderful! I went for an initial fertility consult and it align with the recommendations was well worth the investment. Her knowledge in this subject is extensive and her confidence in the process really rubs off. Ive been going weekly for acupuncture and notice the effects right away. Ive been to one other acupuncturist and didnt really feel anything. I highly recommend Dr. Tighe!

Dr. Tighe is absolutely amazing. I started going to her in October and I've stuck to my plan. I suffered from migraines on a weekly basis. Since starting my plan and making lifestyle changes, I've reduced my migraines by 90%. I have more energy and I feel so much better. I look forward to my visits with her. She genuinely cares and listens thoroughly - that's rare to find when most of the time I was used to being funneled in and out of doctors offices with little face to face time - the fact that she cares so much already helped me to feel positive about my future with the changes made.  It's about getting to the root and it gives me peace of mind knowing that this is an approach that I can maintain and build upon.

I've been seeing Dr. Tighe for acupuncture and naturopathic advice for a couple of months. She's very kind and perceptive, her office is beautiful and quiet and easy to get to (you can walk from the Potomac or Kelton T stops), and the treatment she's been giving me works. One detail I like, compared to other acupuncturists, is that while you're resting with the needles in she covers you with one of those first-aid blankets that look like super-fine tinfoil, so you stay warm but the blanket is super super light and places no pressure at all on the needles. Also, she does this amazing thing at the end where she covers your entire back with a hot compress soaked in Chinese herbal tea. You might as well be at the spa.What more can I say? Great stuff!
