If I could give negative stars I would. The phone representative was extremely unprofessional, rude, and out of touch with reality. I scheduled a repair for a dresser drawer and couch cushion repair. She sent out a repair man who took measurements for what was needed. I then suggested he take the damaged drawer home at which he declined. Since we also were getting a couch cushion repaired we decided to wait for the couch piece to arrive then Danyo can repair both couch and drawer on same day. Once couch cushion arrived Dayno came over and repaired it. Then started to work on dresser drawer next. Once the repair man began working on it he realized he did not bring the correct part needed and his measurements were off so he could not repair it at that time. I called back a week later to ask when this was going to be rescheduled and fixed and The phone representative told me I would have to pay for the repair man to drive back out on top of doing the initial repair that was agreed on even though he brought the wrong part and was the reason the repair wasnt complete the first time. She told me the reason I had to pay for him to come back out was gas isnt cheap these days with a giggle after. Weeks later after setting up an appointment to get this fixed finally, I walk outside at noon while waiting for the appointment to see dresser drawer parts just laying on my porch. I called Dayno up to find out whats going on and they said that they decided to just leave the material there and not do the services because I was refusing to pay again? NOT WORTH IT!
