Horrible horrible horrible , Marci repeatedly refused to cancel my account, It supposed to be a month to month contract and yet I’ve asked for it to be canceled and yet they keep taking money from account!! Stay away, scam Gym, join La Fitness or Planet Fitness! Scam scam scam, overpriced and a useless gym! Cancelled in March the are fraudulently still taking funds from me, 2 months after you cancel! Filed a police report, and will file at the magistrate to recover the money they weren't entitled to. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE RUN BY CRPOKS who refuse to allow you to cancel!!

I'd leave a 0 if I could. The drug-addict gambler son that runs the joint constantly screams at his mother making it "Extreme"ly uncomfortable for the members. He's constantly lurking and staring at the female members. He harassed my wife for years but she didn't want to cancel because it was her "home" gym and she had too many fitness memories. Eventually she canceled her membership because after I quit (that's quite a story too...) she couldn't get over the extreme uncomfortability that she felt every single time she went. Not to mention the aforementioned son kept trying to talk to her about why I left. When I was canceling my membership, which was painful, I got into a back and forth with the son and at one point referred to his point of sale system by it's acronym, "P.O.S", and he got offended and called me an idiot and a fatass... all i can say is that drugs are bad mmkay. Amendment: The equipment itself is nice. If you're a bodybuilder and need specific equipment they most likely have it. The cost, however, is absurd considering there are lots of gyms in the area that offer similarly clean equipment with more amenities for $20 less per month. Amerifit is right down the street. The steam room doesn't get hot enough to be effective.

I wish that I had good things to say. I had high hopes because they were close to my house and seemed to be a nice family-run business. I sadly cannot endorse this facility because their negligence in maintaining their facility and abhorrent customer service have brought myself and loved ones physical and emotional trauma. I’m not being over dramatic either — I endured physical injury because of faulty equipment and the treatment I received from the staff was non-existent. I was using a cable machine to do cable ab pull downs, using an amount of weight allowed by the machine (no extra plates), and I was on my 4th set when the pulley got jammed and pulled free, falling and striking me in the back of the head. When it happened, the guy at the desk offered me no emergency kit or bandage; he offered me a towel. I called back after leaving the urgent care with two gashes held together by staples. I called and asked if I needed to sign an incident report and said he said no. When I received the bill for my urgent care, I asked them “if they had any systems in place to help me” and I was shrugged off. There had been other occasions and examples like running on a treadmill and a breaker tripped and my gf and I both almost flew off of our treadmills. The only upsides to this location are the women running the daycare because they were very sweet and caring with my daughter. I don’t believe that it is too much to ask to be taken care of when their facilities caused me injury. Go to Amerifit up the road.

The equipment here is poorly maintained, and borders on hazardous. The staff also harasses customers and gets into fights when you cancel. I do not recommend joining this gym.
