        The flowers I ordered were delivered the same day for no additional cost. They were out of the vase I ordered, so the gentleman working there called me asking if I was ok with them choosing another vase for the same price. The flowers arrived quickly and were fresh and beautiful, as promised. I was very happy with this service!

        I received a hand delivered bouquet in a beautiful vase that my parents had sent for my graduation. The man who delivered it was so friendly and nice, and the bouquet is beautiful!

        Ive used Crescent Hills Florist many times in the past. Ive noticed a decline in the freshness of their flowers and a change in their customer service. I went for flowers Valentines Day morning and upon entering the store was abruptly met with, Were out, weve got nothing left! Not a sorry or anything. Hey, I know I shouldve ordered and they were busy but there is no excuse for rudeness. So, last week I went in for a dozen mixed Carnations. Again, not a friendly greeting and the salesman did not have a mask on! Well, the Carnations wilted within 3 days, he also did not include the powder to add for freshness. So needless to say, because of the inferior flowers, but more so the RUDENESS, I will not return to Crescent Hills Florist!
