        Tried to call in and ask for details for reservation and rental. The man who picked up the phone was extremely Rude and unprofessional. Unhelpful would not recommend.

        If I could give less than 1 star I would. They quote you one price and then when you get there the price increases tremendously. We had to cancel our trip because there was alot of hidden fees and just a blatant waste of our time. The so called owner seems to be confused or does not know what he is doing. I repeat if you need a 12 passenger car or rental car from here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

        Shelby and Cassie were very understanding when I was 2 hours late with the return. Would rent from them again should the need arise.

        They seem a bit overpriced for their vehicles. In a situation where you're renting over the weekend, you'll be charged additional days even if you can return the vehicle early. They should take a look a updating their polices.
