Zero accountability on their severe lack of communication and diligence. Ed Balzarini has a nasty attitude about me calling and giving them a hard time, because I found out from my doctors after months of going to appts, no one has even contacted my doctors office for any records (gathering of evidence for my case). He has contacted me all of 4 times in 8 months, my vehicle still is not repaired. When I got an estimate and sent it to him for the repair and called to check back his reply was they arent gonna pay that. (The other party was at fault.) The secretary Annette never filed my 1st party benefits documents with my insurance company. Then when the medical bills were not being paid stated she was sorry and she forgot, I still have the email that says this. Contacted the attorney and his reply to all of this was that its not his responsibility to make sure the medical bills are paid by the insurance, it is his job to sue. Verbatim, his words. When he told me and my fianc, who was also a client, verbatim, when we retained him, dont worry your medical bills we be taken care of, we take care of all of that you wont have to do anything. All he has given is excuses upon excuses for his failure to exercise due diligence on my case. Then to top it off, when I addressed it, his response was ZERO apologies, lies, negation, and deflection. Then tells me after he has done zero work on the case to find a new attorney, as if he has done anything in the first place and that wasnt already going to happen. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Bar association about him violating the MRPC. Accident Lawyers are literally in abundance all over the city, pick any other one. This guy gives lawyers a bad name and is not an advocate. Will also be contacting the attorney who referred me to him and asking him what he was thinking.

Went to see Balzarini at a very emotional time and my intuition told me he made a side deal with the man that told me to go to him?? When he entered the room he passed by to shank hands with the man that recommended me to him? They stared into each others eyes, I thought they were going to kiss, then he backtracked to me and greeted and shook my hand. WHY Would I believe he had my best interest at heart? He didn't even see me until he greeted the Man
