Very unprofessional. Was involved in incident on bus wherein I was injured. I had to go to hospital but tour was completed without any concern for my injuries. They could not drive me to the bathroom . I would rather walk and I know I would hugely there safer.

Horrible company, troublesome, rude, mean, do not deal with this company, they are will not treat you, your company, your family or clients well. Too big and arrogant to appreciate anyone or anything.

We had a very early flight out of the Marriott in Tarentum on the day after Christmas 2023. The driver showed up early and was super friendly. Excellent service, highly recommended!

Ive been using the service for the past six or seven years now. I am always happy with my experiences with the drivers. They are always on time. They always get me to my destination safely. I have nothing but positive feedback for the entire elite fleet. I rely on them heavily to be able to do my job properly and when they dont have people to drive my life becomes a lot more complicated.

Elite Coach was awesome in making our wedding a successful and making the bridal party and guests feel comfortable and safe! Our drivers were very attentive and friendly. We had a limo bus for the bridal party and a 28 passenger bus for guests. The limo took us to Frick park for photos, the church, and then the venue. The shuttle took our guests from the hotel, to the church, to the venue, and back. We're really glad we went with Elite Coach who were friendly and easy to work with.
