National Apartment Laundries

I reside at 7113 Mary Peck Bond pl Pittsburgh PA 15206 the laundry machines here are provided by national apartment laundry one of the machines the water runs out of the back of the machine onto the floor when it rinses the laundry room floor which makes it dangerous for the senior residents who may come in to the laundry room

If the building you are possibly moving into has them, DON'T! Here are the many reasons to avoid them: 1. Their machines are old, and don't clean very well. 2. Sometimes, the machine is broken, and will just eat your money, but they'll never reimburse you. 3. They switched to an ad-based app for doing laundry (which are in basements without reception so sometimes the app just won't load) 4. They rarely if ever answer calls or return voicemails. Can we talk about number 3 for a moment? What the actual hell is going on that my laundry machine company wants more profits and makes an app so they can serve us ads? That's evil!

You cant want brand new machines in old crackhouses or places where people squat and get high you cant expect techs to come out every time someone overloads a washer you cant expect to get a fast response because frankly the one scheduling is well uhhh shes there ig but overall you cant ask for better service from a business like this Shawnta and Margo are awesome most of the techs awesome the machines not always the best but get the job done if i was them some of those places would crumble with whatever machines are in there because some of the properties some of yall own should be condemned
