Would not recommend working for Ayden healthcare, especially not in housekeeping. Supervisors are bullys, and administrators allow it to continue.

Ayden Healthcare of Piqua is the most unprofessional, dysfunctional place to be. I do NOT recommend working here, NOR do I recommend putting your family and loved ones in this place. If your loved ones require special care, they will not get it here. The one and only positive thing in that entire facility is the Activities Department. They are open about caring for the residents more than the actual STNA's and Nurses are. DONT work here. DONT live here. DONT put your family here. you will find someplace WAY better. I don't know how worse another facility can be. somehow this place is still open. if you have family here, take them out. I had a family member who needed special care put in there in fine condition. He came out a few short months later with a terrible blood infection. And a few months after long hospital stays trying to get rid of said infection, he died with the blood infection. do not put your family in here. get your family out before its too late.

My experience is not with the nursing home part of it. My dad was sent there as a place to stay till he died. They were so nice to my family and my dad. Everyone there was excellent. Wish I could give more stars.

The nursing home is clean. The staff comes to the patient room in a timely manner and is always kind to the patient and family. I am glad my family is in good hands.

Took amazing care of my grandmother. She was in a facility prior to this for rehabilitation and was neglected. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Ayden. Im thankful for the staff and Katie (her favorite nurse). If youre looking for temporary care or long term, I highly recommend! Thank you guys again!
