On Saturday 10/21/23 after arriving early to Mint Hill Madness and being first in line for ride tickets, the man who seemed to be "running the show" at wearing a "YES" black polo informed me that because the "machines" were slow the prior evening I would need to use their provided ATMs and that they would only be accepting cash for tickets. This was VERY frustrating considering it was not advertised as a cash only day, I was first in line, and he had the opportunity during my 30 minute wait for tickets to inform me of this, but instead he continued to update me that they would open soon. This feels forced and does not represent the values of our town. What portion of the $4.50 withdrawal fees do you all get Your Event Source?

Ive worked for this company for about a year10/10 experience. These guys really care about this company and about the employees. I have never felt more needed and appreciated with any other company Im leaving this message on my own accord. These guys really are great.

Called with a last minute urgent request for a water slide, THEY made it happen for that weekend. I am grateful for the quick response, professional and friendly customer service from Mally all the way to the gentlemen who installed and picked up the slide. We will definitely be using YES next time we need an inflatable! TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!
