        After dealing with customer service after 2 days trying to get my phone activated as it is an eSIM, it was difficult. Thankfully Steve made it a great experience and fixed my issues in 3 minutes.

        Went there for a switch today. The guy rushed for no reason, because I know switching take time. He told me I am keeping my number and the transfer its gonna take up to 24 hours. Its fine. I received a call from T-Mobile and took me 1 hour on the phone to really switch because they said the guy didnt do it. So, please, if you dont know how to do things DO NOT lie to a customer and say otherwise. Basically I went there and he just put the SIMs on my phone and told me it was ready. Unprofessional and rude.

        What happened to the days of competent sales people? Idk if its the new norm to just tell ppl you call customer service theyll handle it & the employees at the store are just props at this point.

        Got my upgrade today from Steve! He was amazing today! Was able to help me with my plan as well as answered all my questions! Overall being here for 45 minutes all the staff was so professional and every customer left satisfied! Thank you!!

        This place is horrible. My husband and I walked and was not greeted by anyone. We sat there for about 20 minutes and no one still said anything to us so we got up and left. All we wanted to do was ask questions about opening up a business account.
