I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Gunn Electric. They were able to come the same day I called to have some outlets replaced. The gentlemen who did the work were very professional and quick. I needed to have them come back the next day because there was one outlet that I did not have them replace that needed to be replaced as per the inspection report for our house. It was my mistake, but instead of charging me for another full hour of labor, they charged me less since I had paid for the full hour the day before. Not professional at all. They quit yesterday at 11 "for rain" and didn't call me until after my scheduled appointment time at 2PM to say so. Mine is a rather simple indoor job that only needs 25 feet of romex run across the hall from a bathroom outlet to the AC closet to install an outlet inside. A 15-20 minute job. The electrician scheduled again for today, and now neither the office nor the electrician that called yesterday is answering the phone. It may not be important to them, but it's important to me. Not even a call to say we'll reschedule and no one will answer the phone. Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation
