They do not honor the warranty. Believe it or not I called couple years back The lady in the office said it was still under warranty nobody ever call me back

All the bad reviews are totally true. Its been over 7 months since the contract signed and down payment paid and still no real dates or communication. Any time I call them to get an update, I get another story Last one was the best - that they are still waiting on Permits, but I know that permits were granted at least 4 months ago. After I corrected them and advised that permits were done long time ago , they came up with another story Very sad, as initially this company looked and sounded very professional and promising.
I cant rate the quality of materials or installation because Im still waiting to get scheduled. But Im strongly considering canceling the project and just hire another company to do the job.
UPDATE: 8.5 month total - the roof is installed and actually looks good.

DO NOT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL EFFECTIVE GUTTERS.
