Great Expressions Dental Centers - Pinellas Park

The front end staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable about insurance and very, very patient. I could tell they were very busy, but that didnt affect their attitudes whatsoever. Dental team is great as well and very personable and understanding. The only reason Im giving three stars is because the ceilings in each room I was treated in were very dirty. I know this seems petty, but there were gobs of dust and dirt directly above my open mouth. This also made me concerned that the instruments being used were not as sterile as they could be. I brought the issue up with the staff and they were fully aware and said corporate was fully aware as well. Its pretty disappointing, considering how well everything else went on my visit. Edit: Great expressions Dental has asked me to contact them about this issue, my response is below: "I'm not sure why you need me to contact you. The message is pretty clear; you have filthy ceilings that could contaminate your equipment, your staff told you about it... so now you ( not your staff) need to clean everything up. What more do you need to talk about?" Re Edit: According to the the email i just received from great expressions dental, it will be between one and THIRTY days before a person will acknowledge my complaint. I thought they were concerned about their client base...

Love Dr Peter! He does amazing work. This is my place from now on with Dr Peter. I also loved his girls (staff) they make you laugh and are extremely sunny. I feel very comfortable at this dentist office. ALL THE STAFF ARE UPBEAT ANS FUN. THANKS GIRLS

Love coming to this office, office staff always friendly and helpful. Dr Magazine is the best!
