Ive never left a negative review of any physicians office, but when its consistent behavior, it should be noted. -The follow up is poor. I took a CT scan in January because of difficulty breathing, coughing, etc. They called me and told me that my CT was perfectly normal Several hours later, they called back and said You actually have a Pulmonary Embolism and weve called in a prescription -Rescheduling patients appointments is VERY common. -The staff have input incorrect information into the hospitals patient portal, (which could negatively impact any needed medical care) and the sense of urgency/sincere concern for the patients is simply obsolete in my opinion.

This review isn't anything to do with the physician, but rather his incredibly rude office staff. If I could give them 0/5 stars, I would. For Tammy to blatantly say a patient isn't important in front of another one that was needing to be checked in is degrading and uncalled for. I hope other's have a better experience than I've had.

That Staff is Very Nasty and Rude. They don't know how to talk to people. They're not professional by a long shot. If you go there I guarantee you won't be happy. Client's aight to be treated with respect. They think it's all about them. They will indeed be living to people because they lied to me. When asked was Dr Al. Nashif I the office after the woman had lied to me she told me he wasn't in. When I called right back a young man answered me and I asked was he there he told me yes he was. He had never left that office. So I then drove up there to speak directly to Dr Al Nashif. They sent that Indian woman out there and she didn't make it any better. She told me they were probably busy and that the office was probably busy. And I told her that didn't give them a right to be lieing about the man not being there. She then told me that if I wasn't happy that I should go elsewhere. I then told her I didn't need to go anywhere and I didn't like her threat's. And that I could call the Arkansas State Medical Board and the NAACP and have that office Boycotted!!. Her attitude then changed. The people in this town must be used to being threatened by staffing with such things. But I will surely have medical offices Boycotted over the Mistreatment of Patient's that Pay them. No matter whether you get Medicaid or Medicare or not. Something's gotta be done. Then they'll know how to respect the Patient's that give these medical offices they're Insurance money. There surely needs to be a boycott in Arkansas.. Time out for the disrespect of Patient's.
