BEWARE!!!! Frank has repeatedly mislead customers while attempting to sell/lease his business, Piermont Pizza 453 Piermont Ave, Piermont NY. Frank has signed personal guarantees with suppliers, neglected the balances, then attempted to force his employees to pay the bills! He has given out personal information from his employees W2 forms to suppliers in attempt to deflect payments of outstanding bills. Frank has listed his business' for sale with several different brokers, neglected to disclose the pending federal lawsuits against him and his business, leaving the agents hung out to dry. Frank and his wife Coleen,own Landmarc Management LLC, and have a history of not paying their employees, lying to local officials, neglecting proper permits in properties and leaving tenants in unhealthy circumstances. Do not do business with this person.
