They tried to convince me to replace a perfectly functioning sand filter. I said no several times. They sent multiple request for pool treatment signatures. Then out of the blue, I see a charge on the credit card they did it anyway. Somehow they slipped me an email that got signed. Within 3 days I complained. They more than double, 3105 $, charged me for a filter that is easily below 1470$ through multiple reputable dealers. Dealers that charge just 100$ to do all the work. They were completely unresponsive to this scam they are trying to pull on all their clients.

Poolman 2000 has very poor communication and terrible customer service. They are trying to charge me for a heater repair that did not fix my heater. The problem was flow because the service tech did not backwash the filter. I requested a acid wash of the pool. They drained and refilled the pool without acid washing. I tried all day to get ahold of someone in charge to get the situation resolved before we wasted 75,000 gallons of water, but no one would call me back. I do not recommend Poolman 2000 for any service. I will be looking for a new pool company.

We have been using this company for over a year now and service is very poor. They are supposed to have someone come on thursdays to clean the pool. Most the time they dont clean both filters, they never come when they are supposed to, I havent had anyone here in three weeks so I went and checked the water myself. Nobody answers the phone or any emails. Looking for someone else who will actually come. As of today 6-23-23 Constantly going through employees, never come when they are supposed to and now our salt cell is cracked and they cant replace due to not having parts. No call about not coming on scheduled day. Absolutely unprofessional, not responsible or reliable service. Services: Water treatment, Wall brushing

The five star rating goes to the technician Nicholas Cavazos.. who isn't my regular technician but has come to my aide. He came and cleaned up the job of the previous technician.. who clearly wasn't doing good job. Just want to say thank you Nicolas for explaining and taking the time to listen to my concerns and fixing everything. Just feel this company is going through allot with turnovers with tech and not providing the regular maintenence that we pay for. I just hope they can get things together otherwise i might look for another company to service my pool. This technician went above and beyond and did his job correctly. Thank you Nicolas.
