Tried to schedule a septic inspection with them. They have no voice mail and hung-up on me twice. Business must be good to have such bad service.

QUICK service! I have used them various times and all were the same day that I called or next day early in the morning. I was unable to find a faster company that AJAX and their prices are super fair, Id even say on the cheap end considering how fast they get to you.

I was very appreciative that once I told them that I had work scheduled for my new leech lines that they tried to schedule in a timely manner to coinincide with that work. Juan was very thorough and answered my questions. They were also less than the other company I used previously. I would recommend.

Had them pump the tank because I had used them twice before, price had doubled since last time. I understand because of the economy. 14 days later toilet backed up, opened tank and it was full again. Inspection and found a toilet Had been leaking from the fill/foat device. Definitely not their fault but when I called the office to get it emptied again the female who answered the phone was real short and said it would be another 500 dollars to emptied again. Felt that since it was only water in the tank they would be a little cheaper. When I mentioned my thoughts to her she said it will be 500 we have fees to pay too. So I called another company and gave my money to them. Will not be calling them again because of the female in the office.
