Watts does not stand behind their products. We purchased a defective water system and spoke to tech support on several occasions with our plumber while under warranty for all the issues. During this time we replaced all the parts; membrane, water shut off valve and more (nothing resolved the defects). We sent the system back with the original purchase receipt along with all the parts cost break down and a letter. But, weeks later Watts returned the system back to our address with No letter, NO phone call, NO communication as to why the system was returned. Horrible company, no communications, no response!!!!!!!!

This business unit of Watts Water Technologies - PROVIDES subpar customer service.I say this because it's unfortunate that I bought a water unit from Costco and had to call them for tech support. The first time I attempted twice and ended up WASTING over an hour of my time on HOLD. Once I got through the third time, the agent sold me a bill of goods that does not resolve my initial concern. Today this will be my third time calling ...trying and waiting fir some one to pick up my call to resolve my units concern. I've been on hold now for about 15 minutes...and thus decided to write thus on Yelp...buyer beware! As the level of service the excellent service does not translate to this vendor of theirs. Next go around, I'm going to purchase a unit from another Mfg.
