Not only did they guide us through next steps and what we needed to do on estate planning but also were very Quick to respond, and patient to answer our questions And ensure we felt comfortable with the process. Unfortunately I can only rate a * since I called & left message re: possible case, then had to call again after no return call. I spoke to someone whom I assume is an intake associate & told I'd receive a call back, to date no call back. Attempted 3rd & 4th call to them only to get voice-mail! NOT helpful & obviously they don't need or want new clients. What's interesting is they are handling my mothers estate & now I'm understanding the long drawn out timeframe & wondering if this firm was actually the right choice for us! ??

I went through several trust preparation and signing appointments with Christine.  She is very professional and polite.  Her staff is amazing!  She is very knowledgeable about wills, trusts, and Power of Attorney documents and explains it in a way that's very understandable.  She always delivers more than expected, and gets wills, trusts, and Power of Attorney documents prepared quickly.  She guides you through the process, and makes sure you understand what you are signing.  I have referred several clients to her, and she is my first choice for estate planning.  Give her a try!
