I have been a loan officer in the Phoenix area for over 25 years with over 4000 loans closed in that time. I have worked with Pat as an appraiser on many of my business transactions and my personal properties for at least 20 of those years. When Pat has done the appraisals for the properties that my business clients' were purchasing, I have not had a single appraisal issue called out by an underwriter. That is an extraordinary record.
Because of this solid track record, I have asked Pat to appraise several properties over the years that I was preparing to sell in order to establish the sales price. I have also had Pat appraise a relative's property for a baseline value regarding their estate.
In addition to his technical abilities, he is polite, prompt, and was willing to explain the final appraisal document which is very helpful.
