I was doing work in the area and needed supplies at this store. I went twice in 2 days. The women working at the paint counter are rude. And basically refuse to help. I needed a custom color and all I got was pushback. They made excuses why they couldn't get my color right. I was meeted with snippy, short answers. And push back Other people walked up to get paint and they just told them to go look at the color chips. They were short and snippy with their answers and refused to help. I felt like they didn't want to be there. I could tell they were burned out and hated their job and their customers. In the end they couldn't get my color right. I went to Lowe's and the person there was very helpful and spent the time needed to mix the color properly and got me exactly what I wanted. I also needed a shower head. They only have chrome and black colors. No bronze. When I asked someone in plumbing for help he said, all I have is what's on the shelf. Didn't want to be bothered to come help me. Again, seemed like I was bothering him. The next day I came back for more supplies. I went to check out and there was a huge line at the self-checkout area. There were only a couple of machines open when they had many more available. Why not open more??? I walked over to the pro desk. The person there would not ring me up. He flat-out refused and said that without a pro account he couldn't do it. I said I've been checking out at the pro desk for years with no problems. He said, no without a pro account the system will not let him. He was lying to me I know that. There was nobody in the Pro area. He just didn't want to work. So I sat in a long line waiting to self checkout. Frustrated and I voiced my frustration to others in line next to me. Nobody in this store seems to want to do their job. I'm going to avoid going here in the future!
