If I could give it zero stars, I would. Came here because my mom was out of wax guards and this place is close by. The guy told me he had wax guards and then took her hearing aids to clean them and proceeds to take a long time. Then he tells me he doesn't have wax guards and when I politely ask if I owe him anything for the cleaning, he says $10 which honestly is a rip off as I have gone to other places who have charged zero for a quick cleaning and have been up front with me about everything before they do anything. The whole place just gave me a sketchy vibe from the moment I walked in-not professional at all. Will NEVER come here again.

Waited over a month for a small shipment. I got the run a round over and over again. Left numerous messages because no one would ever answer my calls and would never got a call back. I finally called from my personal number and got a person. The sad thing is is the person I spoke to lied. Long story short. I will never order from this place again.

Stephen did a fantastic job making sure I was fitted correctly so they didn’t squeal constantly. This was a blessing in disguise since my last set that I paid almost double for constantly squealed.

Really wish you were actually open when you say you are. Been here three times and they have been closed each time I have gone.
