I am a Remote Notary. They used my services last week. I have never heard or seen so much nonsense. I wonder how bad their administration must be. Terrible experience! Instead of trying to be wannabe commandos, learn your FLorida Laws. In Florida, MORTGAGES DO NOT NEED TO BE WITNESSED. DE I agree that your priority is to help and defend your client. However, Read your packages, review them instead of giving it to a notary with all sort of wrong addresses. Work as a team and don't try to bully yourself to others. To be arrogant takes you no where. You can say the sky is green, but at the end it looks blue.

What a great service! I recently had a great experience with Unlimited Ink Notary. One of my clients, a foreign national, needed RON-remote online notary service from overseas since my client could not travel to US to close out on the transaction. Ronnie reached out to me 8 pm, yes 8 pm, when I made the first inquiry regarding RON to explain the details and requirements of this process. He also said "It is not easy but I will make sure to get it done!". He kept his word and got it done in 3 days from original inquiry to completion. He was correct, it was not easy as first attempt for the client closing had failed, but Ronnie did not give up, he informed me and all parties what is needed to get it done...after 1 hour of resetting the closing session, it was complete!
