First visit in quite a while. Only two staff members on duty, resulting in extremely long queues. Opted not to take a photo to avoid alarming those waiting. My sole purpose was to purchase a stamp and mail a card, but there are no stamp machines available. I recommend avoiding this location if stamp purchase and mailing are your only needs; instead, visit the USPS on Van Buren and 48th St.

I had a great experience here yesterday. The line moved fast and the clerk who waited on me was so nice.

Usually we get our mail with no problems. However, from time to time instead of putting a package that won't fit in the mail box, they refuse to put it in an available package container. Then they leave a slip and I have to go to the P.O., and wait on a long line to get my package. So unnecessary. The other day I got an email that the package I was expecting was delivered. It was not in my box, nor was it anywhere near my unit. What did they do with it? Someone from the post office was going to check it out and call me, but she never did.

I had an absolute nightmare of an experience at this location on the date of March 11, 2024 . The 2 guys up front would not help me. They would not bring me a supervisor to talk to either. They were making fun of my mental disabilities and cracking on me. It was an embarrassing situation. These 2 guys DO NOT deserve to have a job in that position. They're a complete embarrassment to the united States postal office. I I arrived around 4pm. I really hope their superiors discipline them by termination. There's zero tolerance for that stuff. They can go through security footage and they will see me and also an Indian lady trying to get help and these same 2 guys making fun of her and her accent and the fact she's not completely fluent in English language. I truly hope these guys superiors go over security footage and see these events happen for their own eyes. If they're treat me and this woman the way they were in front of others, who knows how long this has been going on. Black guys cracking on my age. Asks if I work for honda because I have a honda key chain lanyard on. Like dude, no I don't and I don't see WHY that's even relevant. Then's when he starts cracking on my mental disabilities and gets this Hispanic guy involved. They honestly deserve to lose their jobs.
