I called to schedule a consultation and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. I explained to her that I was calling to acquire services and I did not appreciate the rudeness and her reply was "I been doing this for 17 years and I get frustrated with general questions". I explained to her that I have a list of attorneys in front of me and her attitude did not make me feel comfortable moving forward with this firm. She did not care. If I were you I would take my business elsewhere where they value potential clients.

Interviewed them for a big case. I put out over $400,000 in attorney fees. The Snell and Wilmer attorneys were dumb. They are frauds. I interviewed 150 plus firms. Osborne Maladon stinks too. I hired Salmon Lewis and Weldon and won my appeal and won my case. I also changed the law in AZ. The first crooked judge Kelly Marie Robertson was kicked off the bench and last I heard she was managing a paint ball business. POS - all of them. Incompetent. Snell & Wilmer is NOT the best firm in AZ. They are one of the "also rans" SCUM ethically.

Lisa Coulter was the court-appointed settlement judge for my case. I had experienced emotional and psychological damages from my experiences with the plaintiff, and he sued me after I attempted to expose the corruption in his business. Lisa convinced us to settle, but drafted an unenforceable settlement agreement, allowing us to work out the terms ourselves. I think that she assumed that the plaintiff was telling the truth, but in reality this gave him more opportunity to use the lawsuit to hurt me, both emotionally and financially. They sent us terms that no one in their right mind would agree to, such as a clause stating that I would acknowledge everything I said about him was a lie. The plaintiff’s attorney also did highly ethical things such as filing motions with the court without notifying me, and repeatedly ignoring any attempts made to communicate with him. She had added a clause to the settlement agreement stating that we would return to Coulter if we couldn’t work out the terms, but during a time when I represented myself, her secretary told me that she wouldn’t work with me unless I had a lawyer, which was not in the settlement agreement. Almost a year later, I attempted to move forward with the lawsuit with the hopes of defending myself, recouping my attorneys fees, and perhaps exposing the plaintiff’s corruption in the process. We were sent back to Coulter for another settlement conference, and she stated that she would advise the judge not to award me attorney’s fees after I refused to settle. I had accumulated almost $12,000 in attorneys fees almost a YEAR after my initial settlement conference with Lisa. Integrity comes in many forms, and I believe willfully refusing to look at evidence contradicting what you WANT to believe shows a lack of integrity.

I called this firm about a serious legal problem and was first referred (by receptionist) to Attorney Robert Feinberg. I called his office multiple times and left messages, and he never bothered to even return my call. I called back the receptionist again, and this time she referred me to Attorney Rachael Pugel. I spoke with her briefly, and she indicated she would review my matter and call me back as soon as possible to let me know if she could assist with my legal claim. I never heard back from her after several weeks. I left voice mails and sent an email - absolutely no response. For a large firm with a solid reputation, this was extremely disappointing to me and my family (my father is a 100% disabled war veteran, and this matter seriously impacts all of us). I certainly expected more but was sadly disappointed.
