I've been coming here for phone repair & refurbished purchases for 3 years. Darrel is a great guy. Always honest & fair pricing. It should be noted, I drive by at least 5 other repair shops to get there.

I used to rate the store out of five stars a full five star review. However as of recent I had contacted the owner of the company who has now gone mobile who just a a couple months ago replace the screen on my iphone. Along with the battery at the same time. A couple weeks ago my iPhone simply stopped recognizing touch. I was told that this may be a screen issue so I contacted them and they said that they were having some car trouble and would get back to me that following Monday. Everything was confirmed to get this taken care of Monday and checked out. I not only called two or three times but text messaged throughout the day as I had informed the owner that this was my lifeline and he originally said he understood. I had to text him from another phone due to the fact that I could not use my iphone. Upon many many contacts I was ignored as I believe the owner may have known that this was an issue with the screen or work that he had done on phone. To this day not a single response I had to call another company iPhone CPR which I found off of Google with Incredible reviews. They were out to my house within a couple hours verified that there was no water damage in my phone but it was just a bad screen installed had to pay $130 to confirm this and here we are. I really hate to give one star reviews to small businesses like this especially ones that I used to trust but this will be a company that I never use again and highly suggest that you don't as well. Thank you for nothing Yakety Yak 15 years of business with you down the drain
