!!! APPROACH WITH APPREHENTION !!! Anyone dealing with this "sign company" had best check good ol Jeff's background! I recall his license being taken for posing as another company and Billing for and receiving payment for doing so. This guy is a FRAUD! He is currently licensed "AZROC: 215851" but still a fake!

I contacted this company today around 4:30pm. The owner Jeff answered and stated I sounded like a scammer because I’m just a start up company trying to get a quote for corrugated signs. The owner stated that he does not work with “individuals” and only works with actual businesses. The owner stated that I sound like a scammer because I don’t have a company name, I tried to inform the owner that I’m literally a startup company so there isn’t a name yet but he wouldn’t listen. He stated that if there is no company name, he doesn’t work with sole indivudals. The owner stated that he was not going to fall for my “sad emotional story” of being a start up company because that’s what scammers do. In no way shape or form did I represent myself as “woe is me”. The owner stated that if I am a scammer I am bad at it, and if I’m not a scammer I sound like one. The owner stated that he only talks to intelligent people who know what they are trying to order. (Mind you I’m literally starting out in this business and am still trying to learn everything myself) The owner stated that he has 40+ years running a successful business and he’s loves phone calls like mine and sees them as a novelty and opportunity to waste beginning entreprenurs time because he thinks they are scammers and that his judge of character is flawless. I literally just wanted quotes on corrugated signs lol. I almost didn’t even bother writing this review but I think it should be here for any future entreprenurs trying to get started in this industry to avoid dealing with this company unless you are already an “established business” because as this individual mentioned he doesn’t need our business, he has been around for 40+ years. What a great company culture. This individual wants nothing to do with small frys like myself. I stated to this individual that I apologize I couldn’t earn his business. He got offended from this statement and replied what do you mean earn my business? End rant.

Jeff was a pleasure to work with and I'm pretty surprised that there are bad reviews on here. I went to about 6 different sign shops getting quotes on a big sign project and here's why I liked him the best: he did not treat me like an idiot but also answered any questions I had and explained everything in detail, he was timely in getting back to me and was able to complete the project 3 weeks faster then anyone else I had talked to, he worked with my time deadline and budget and his quote was very fair. He completed the project on time, on budget, and I'm very happy with the sign. He threw in a little door vinyl for free too. He does work out and about frequently so he isn't always in the shop during their "open hours", however if I called and left a message he always got back to me within 24 hours.
