        My experience with camelback Toyota is 10/10. Shane Henry is the sales representative I have worked with and he has been friendly, informative , answered all my questions/doubts with patience and he was there until I completed the entire process to buy my car.All the other staff are friendly too and I highly recommend camelback Toyota.

        My 2024 Sienna Platinum had the luggage rack weather stripping detach when I took delivery. I scheduled an appointment to have it repaired and was told I was due for a scheduled service after driving it 2230 miles. I took it in on April 5th for the service/repair and approximately one hour later my Service Advisor came in a told me it was the recommendation of their technician that I have both an oil and gas additive for $81. I called another Toyota dealer and was informed this was highly unusual considering that the car is new and very low mileage. They further stated that this was an attempt by the dealership to enhance their profitability unnecessarily at my expense. I have shared my concerns with the dealership and would encourage other Toyota buyers to shop and have their vehicles serviced elsewhere as there sales practices are not to trusted. Considering that they are a Berkshire Hathaway company this is very disappointing to me. Finally, I would caution seniors from doing business with this dealership.
