        Originally I had Action come out to do an inspection prior to purchasing a home. They found termite activity and recommended treatment. I waited until I moved in and began demo for a remodel then contacted two other companies for bids. Even though Action wasn't the cheapest, they walked the home with me and explained the process better than the others. I had the most confidence in them. On the day of treatment, the guys arrived prior to the arrival window and completed the job in the time frame promised. Hopefully I won't need to use the warranty but it's nice to know that I have one!
