        Went through all of the hoops of the initial appointment and started on a treatment plan. When I reached out through their portal to talk to my doctor, I was told thats not an option. I had concerns about my treatment plan, but I was given a call back by an administrative assistant and was told the only option was to trust my doctors professional opinion but that a message could be passed on. She then asked me if I wanted to cancel my follow-up appointment. Sure! Sounds like they dont take any feedback seriously-just ready to drop people after doing the appointment and collecting their money. I am now looking for a new hospital and doctor which will take my concerns into account so that I can get the medical help I need.

        Dr. Crookham was very knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to get to know me and was overall very empathetic. The office staff was also friendly in appointments and insurance questions.
