This place is the real deal. I called Mike to bring my Tundra in for a battery diagnosis, and they ran a scan to determine the problem. They had the battery sent to the shop, and the work was done in less than twenty minutes. They provide excellent customer service and explain everything. I really appreciate how accommodating the team was for me. Ashley and Mike are incredible folks. The technician took his time to diagnose the issue. I'm so happy I found my new shop to bring my truck and Jeep.

Wow! I've been driving for more than 50 years and I've never had a better experience with an autoshop than I did with Mike and Ashley. More to come as I want to detail their work and customer service. They have more than earned my future business.

I brought my 4runner in to get the transmission serviced a while back and super happy with the work Mike has provided. He also glanced over to make sure everything else is in working order and very thorough. Recently I noticed my AC is not as strong as it used to be this past summer so I will be bringing that in to have it serviced as well. I usually work on my own vehicles but when it goes beyond that, I trust the work at Next Gen and that is my first choice.

My car has some serious age, and I wasnt sure how much I wanted to invest in it. Mike did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and helped me determine what repairs were most important. The whole process was very transparent and it was just a great experience overall.
