Called these guys about a spindle and hub, they had it and sent me several photos of the part and quoted a very competitive price. It was too late for me to drive out there so they sent me a link to buy it that night and held it for the until the next afternoon. When I showed up they had already inspected the part and noted that the hub did not spin (corrosion on account of being an old part). They offered to refund (without me asking) or give me a significant discount - which I accepted. No haggle; no hard time; super professional and customer-oriented. Ill be back for for, Im sure!
