        This place was absolutely amazing!!! Ever music box had a secret message to the ear!!! Winding up every box was Like a christmas present surprise. I will continue to further my music box collection from this location!!! Two thumbs up.

        Will never go back ,owner kept my music box for almost 2 months and I had to keep calling to ask her to send it. Well today she call and said it was done then try to charge me again for it,when I already paid for it. Not a good business,not professional by any means. But she was full of excuses for everything.

        FANTASTIC customer service. Had an issue with the music box ordered. A replacement was shipped the same day I called with a return label included to return the original box.

      I apologized to the customer for the mishap with the payment, our computer crashed where we thought we had it backed up but only to jan. On the having it for a month, it was a repair and I tried to fix it while she was in the shop because of how far she drove but I couldnt, once I took it in, I had 5 other repairs before hers. I did my best.
