Awful work environment. Company trains you over the phone because their corporate office doesn't want to give the perfectly capable Phoenix headquarters reign on training their employees. Michelle at the front desk is catty and gossipy. The moment she tattled on me to the corporate office, rather than addressing the issue to myself or my supervisor that I was wearing incorrect shoes for work, was the beginning of the end. I never thought I'd meet someone so petty. I was new. That's not to mention management from every direction will email you while you're trying to finish a referral and documentation, telling you to take a call, as if you aren't being productive enough. There are changes that need to be made for a better work environment, or you will continue to have a high turnover rate. Also, I would advise you to replace Michelle at the front desk, she's too immature and miserable to work for you. Front desk staff should be pleasant and helpful, not petty and spiteful.

This company is a complete train wreck!! I started working at Medrisk earlier this year, I was advised that there was a lack of leadership onsite, but would be supported by our leaders in the corporate offices (Pennsylvania). This statement was a complete lie. The lack of communication was shocking especially coming from out of state and from a leadership position. Training was done over a landline telephone with a trainer in Pennsylvania reading from to folder that was given to us day 1, not helpful at all your basically training yourself. There was 5 people in my training class and there is only 1 person left and the training class prior to me the remaining 2 individuals quit this week. I mentioned on several occasions the goals set were not attainable with data proof and was told I was being difficult and negative!!! DO NOT WORK HERE!!! They are not career oriented, the supervisor over the site states she hires those who she feels will hopefully last 5 months, no options for upward movement. Everyone is hired as a temporary employee and the agency tells you that you’ll get $1.00 raise once hired on with the company, but; they are giving folks .25 -.35 cents to become a permanent employee!!! Run!!! Run!!! Run!!!
