Used them only 4 times. Each shipment there were issues. Luckily my customers were understood it wasn't my fault. Made a payment in 2016....mid 2017 get letter from collection agent saying I owe...it was paid in full in 2016. Would rate 0 if possible.

I order approximately $550,000 in materials from Home Depot each year, for my 105 room hotel property as well as 19 residential properties. Watkins Shepard was the shipping company for some products we ordered... they were supposed to be received in May - it's mid-July now - and they've never arrived, have never received any calls from the shipper even though Home Depot said they've contacted them and they would reach out to us, which they never did. So we've been damaged by around $8K in lost rental revenue because of this shipping company... I would not use them, and have already contacted the Exec VPs at Home Depot (who I personally know) to recommend that Home Depot terminate their contract with this company.
