I found Houdini to be very reliable and very responsive to my phone call. They gave me advice over the phone and help me solve my problem without their having to make a house call. They spent 20 minutes on the phone with me working through a problem, and solved it for me. Couldn't ask for better.A close family member had a safe installed, again flawless.

I just moved to Philly and needed to get a copy of a padlock key. After some bad experiences with Home Depot and Lowes, I swore to only go to independent locksmiths.
When I saw the key copy they made, I thought it was a little off and expressed some doubt it would work. But when I went home to try the new key, it actually did work. I probably shouldn't question a locksmith. :)
