I dont know what those other posts are talkimg about. My mother routinely transports via this ambulance company. She's 65, 250+ lbs, and suffered a TBI so, she's about as receptive as a frightened 4 year old. This company has employees who are patient and kind. If they smoke, its outside thevehicle once her transport is complete. Please do not make a decision based on the other posts. Go on a ride along and see for yourself, if a loved one needs transport

Instead of making fake Google accounts and posting fake reviews about Metro, Igor should go worry about his own company. Posting 3 reviews in the same day under different names? That's ridiculous.

This company is a fraudulent company they pay patients and they commit Medicare and Insurance Fraud. They offered money to ride with their company. Any ambulance company that is doing only Dialysis transport is a fraudulent company

Extremly unprofessional, Smoking in the vehicle, talking on the phone while driving, rude to patients and families and they are Paying their patients which is why their patients deal with them, They are commiting medicare fraud!!!!!!!!!!! They go after vulnerable elderly patients who can't afford any other means of transport to dialysis offer them money, and what is going to happen medicare is going to shut them down lock up the owners and their patients are gonna be left without transport and then medicare will never cover another transport for those patients due to the fraud the company is commiting. They caught up with my father while he was alone offered his aid money for him to switch. then as they were taking him out of the house they dropped him, and acted like nothing was wrong. My father now has a broken hip and is in the hospital.
