The staff in front desk are there just get paid in nasty to people like the are not asking doctors any questions before making decisions in cancellations appointments.

10 years at Penn and this is how they treat my family. Not even a letter to explain the situation. The decision is disgusting and wrong. To turn away over 1000 patients from the community like this is not cool. Just cause the doctor doesnt mean you drop patients out of no where. Do you know how hard it was just to be patients and get in. SMH

Extremely unprofessional. I was a patient there for approximately 6 years. The doctor I saw Dr Onju left, than. I was transfered to an CNP Campos, until she left. Then transfered to Dr. Presbery, now she left. Now I am informed no one can see me there, need to find a new provider. I am 71 years old and in poor health, this office was the closest to me. I can't believe they can just turn you away from getting the care you need. Save yourself heartache, don't go there to be discarded like trash.

Was a patient here for over 20 years. In March when I checked in for an appt and was told my Dr. Is no longer in network so I decided not to pay out of pocket and canceled my appt. I recently found out that my Dr. will be in network next year since my insurance is changing from cigna to Aetna. I called to make an appt knowing i would have to pay out of pocket but next year it would be in network. I was told that I was dropped as a patient and they are not taking any NEW patients..REALLY...20 YEARS IS A NEW PATIENT. absolutely ridiculous.. mind you I visit the office maybe twice a year. My dr. was great but this office is a hot mess. Its been going down hill for a few years now but again since I only visit a few times I was willing to deal with it.. I do not recommend this location.
