Horrible! My sister went here they have no phones in rooms. I had to call the nurses station to ask somebody to go to her room to help her take a shower otherwise she was not able to take a shower. When she was discharged the nurse was not going to go over the medications with me . I had to ask her twice and she was getting an attitude with me. After being discharged we dropped off the prescriptions only to find both prescriptions were written incorrectly! I had to drive back to the rehab where they had to call the doctor to correct the prescriptions. I would not even give this place 1 star. My sister spent 20 days here.

Most of the staff have poor skills, the do not follow doctors instructions. The do not listen. They make so many mistakes, some detramental to the patients well being, they make the same mistakes over and over. We found ourselves complaining to the administrator and department heads daily about the care the provide being very poor. Their wound care is the worst, my father wasn't given a shower for 2 weeks, dr orders were every day a must because he had just gotten over a case of cellulitis.They had no towels for my father to dry off after his shower, they gave him a lot of wash clothes. They have him the wrong medication several times. The keep giving him food that he cant eat due to being severe diabetic, the dietitian keeps telling him he can have things like ice cream and many other things he simply cannot have.The therapy dept is Pretty good, that's the only good thing. They should not be allowed to function until they improve. This is my father and it hurts me to see him cared for in such a poor way!
