I have been a customer of this company (and its predecessor) for years, but their customer service has taken a serious turn for the worse. A minor billing issue arose, they said they would get back to me, never did, and then proceeded to harass me.When I finally spoke to their customer service they claimed I owed money but could not tell me why, put me on hold, told me it was for one issue when it was for another, put me on hold again, and 30 minutes later it was finally resolved. Who do I get to bill for my time?Based upon their slow response time when the alarm does go off by mistake on occasion (always caught before the cops show up), I think some of the new personally monitored alarm systems may make more sense.
